I have shipped lots of cars over time. Nearly all of them enclosed. This open carrier experience is new to me and I was a bit cautious and skeptical. When I first contacted them, they were most professional. This surprise me a bit. There quote was good, close to the least expensive. I liked there responsiveness! I thought that would be key if there were any issues. However, I am happy to report, my Kia made it safely and I undamaged from California. The driver was professional and efficient. I greatly appreciated the fact that my car made it untouched and safely across the country!!!
