Montway was upfront about the entire process. Available for all of my questions and provided contact information for the dispatched carrier if they were unable to answer some of my questions. Carrier driver was honest and transparent about pick up/delivery. It was picked up on a Friday evening and delivered on the following Monday evening- (3) days, which I thought was quick. No damage to my vehicle, just a little dusty from the cross country trip. And note, I paid the total cost up front which was alarming at first but everything was a smooth experience.
