It was a good price and the company had a hard time securing a transport for my unique situation (the car was not running...). They scheduled and cancelled 3 times over a 9 day period after my account was charged. The fourth scheduled pick up finally worked and the car arrived within 2 days and in good shape. Overall it took over 2 weeks my vehicle which was a lot longer than what the customer service promised originally. Basically they over promised... If they hadn't done that and get my hopes up 3 times and dashing them with cancellations then I would have been much more satisfied. Luckily I was in a time crunch so I didn't care about the delay and the vehicle came in great shape and the driver was very good.
