Montway customer service was really good, and I was satisfied with their services. They guaranteed a 3-day pickup window for a slightly higher fee, and gave me an estimate for delivery (7-10 days). Once a carrier was assigned, an estimated delivery date was assigned, which would make the trip 6 days. Because it was a holiday, they ended up having to deliver after the weekend, making the trip 10 days. I was ok with this, but wish they would've just told me earlier that the delivery would be later. My car arrived with no issues, so I would recommend Montway to others. Just let them know if you have any specific windows of pick-up or delivery that need to be met.
