This was my 1st time shipping the car across country. My car was pickup about 2 hours later than the promised time. It was kind of expected given Los Angeles traffic condition. I called the customer representative and I received the call back within 10 minutes to explained the situation. It was a very good customer service.
My car was delivered perfectly on time in Florida with no issue at all.
If I need to ship the car again in the future, I would consider using Montway Auto Transport again.
