We went with this broker for two reasons: 1- this company was referred to us from a friend and they seemed happy with the service and the cost. 2-although this company was not the cheapest, it wasn't the most expensive either.
It seemed whatever time of day or day of the week, we were able to reach a real person and I really liked that.
And last minute our initial trucker had mechanical problems (poor guy) and had to cancel his route last minute, we were made a priority, and surprisingly, another one was found asap!
We will be moving another vehicle out west in the next few months and we will make sure to get a quote from this company first!
