Driver refused to deliver to my house

The driver said he would deliver my motorcycle on the 15th. He didn't show up. Then he said he come on the 16th or 17th. Again he didn't even show up.
He finally made the delivery on Monday the 18th.
He said that he be here at 2pm. But showed up at 6:45pm. He refused to drop off the my motorcycle at my house. I had to walk a 1/2mile outside of my gated community and a 1/2 mile back with my motorcycle. He put it on the sidewalk instead of the road.

Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated, and the auto transport industry is much different than the package delivery industry due to different factors: traffic -delays, detours, speed limits. Also weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup and delivery availability delays, weight station checks, police inspections, truck breakdowns, etc. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible We also try our best to make sure our carrier companies are able to be contacted, are easy to communicate with, and that they provide customers with advanced notice regarding the scheduled pickup and delivery times / dates for vehicles. Our carriers are very professional and do their best to communicate with customers. In this situation, after reviewing your feedback, we immediately contacted the carrier, with regard to their communication protocols. We asked that they correct any miscommunication on their end with regard to what is expected of them if they wished to continue working with us. Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible.
