I used Montway 7 times withing the last 4 yr- everytime their service was above 5 stars. The rates are the best in the country, the quality of service is exceptional. I consider their customer service (dispatch and drivers) to be mirroring Apple's one. When you call them you never get a machine and always get to speak with someone that is willing AND able to help you. At times I found slightly cheaper carriers but given Montway's quality of customer service, lack of hidden fees and just-in-time service I never went the other route.
