Montway reps were friendly and easy to work with. Getting through the phone system could be difficult at times as it seemed to dump me out of the cue now and then, but this was a technology issue and not on their reps. It took a little longer to find a truck than was initially proposed, but I'm sure I could have sped that up a little had I offered to pay more. I was on a tight budget. Once a truck was booked he was onsite quickly and had my load delivered in 48 hours. I would use Montway again if I ever had to ship a vehicle.
