I had two issues. Both minor. The carrier had an accident early in the transport which took his trailer off the road. After a 4 days they did put the car on a different trailer and finished the trip. Out of their control but still a delay. Second, I was expecting the car to be brought to my home and my wife was there waiting. I got a call the morning of the delivery saying he was at a local shopping center waiting on us. I had to come home from work as my wife's car was not available to drive. Inconvenience and unnecessary. I had a transport truck on my street the same week to pick up a car.
