Company was horrible as soon as they get your contract. They hire cheap, sketchy companies to ship your vehicle. The customer service from the employees is horrible, lied many times, and does not follow up with you when then say they will. I still have not received my vehicle, it has been 10 days since it was loaded into the truck, they quoted me only 4. At this point there is still no plan to when they will have my car deliver. The truck that has my car has been broken down in the same state for 8 days now, and the company has done nothing to get a plan on what will happen next. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. We also appreciated your patience throughout the situation. Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated, and the auto transport industry is much different than the package delivery industry due to different factors: traffic -delays, detours, speed limits. Also weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup and delivery availability delays, weight station checks, police inspections, truck breakdowns, etc. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for the customer and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure any transport goes as smooth as possible. We made every effort to apologize to the customer including having a dedicated dispatcher available. In addition to the customer service managers, the equivalent of a GM level manager made direct contact to ensure consistent updates were provided. Montway is 100% transparent to all customers upon booking as it is dictated in the order confirmation and on our website that all transport dates are estimated as not every transportation situation is in our control or can be anticipated. As there was not another carrier on the route where the trailer breakdown occurred it was in the best interest to wait for the truck repairs to be completed so that a safe delivery could be made. The customer was provided a $450 discount towards the cost of the transport and the driver has since delivered the vehicle safely, giving it a wash prior as an added goodwill gesture. Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible.
