I was impressed with the quality of the customer service I received. I submitted an estimate and a few mins later i wnet to book it online as i neded to get it shipped asap because of time constrains. Before i could finish filling out the online form, i received a call from Montway asking if i had any questions regarding the estimate I requested. Since I was on the phone with them, they said let me help you finish the process.
Then the follow up after order was placed was impressive, they called to update me on all the aspects of the process.
then the drivers were friendly, and knowledgable.
