The pickup and delivery were on time and according to the expected process. There was some minor confusion on the delivery end, but the driver went above and beyond to facilitate delivery according to the planned timeline. I wouldn't have minded a bit more proactive status update along the route, particularly once the transport was within a reasonable delivery distance from the destination address, however I was able to contact the driver via his direct phone to get a better understanding of the timing. The vehicle arrived no worse for the wear, and the delivery process was as advertised. I would use the service again.
