after all the papers were signed and ready to go they informed me that they had to charge an extra $100.00. This they said was for the truck driver i had no choice but to agree because this was just before pickup of vehicle i could not do any thing but pay the extra fee my grandson was being deployed and the truck had to be picked up before he shipped out. I was disappointed because up to this point i appreciated their effort to accommodate me . I think they should have stuck to the quote as good customer service. Otherwise everything else went great.
