My only problem was when I scheduled the pickup I specifically asked if the car should be emply. I was told it was ok to put things in the back as long as it was covered and tied. I did this and it cost me $200.00 extra. I was a bit upset but what could I do. The move cost a lot anyway and $200.00 is a lot for me.
