Communication could be improved

Overall I am satisfied. My only issue was that the communication Montway said that the carrier would give was inaccurate to what the company actually provided. There was no 48, 24, or even 1 hour call before delivery/pickup. We rarely were able to connect with the driver/carrier in real time. Even when we tried to communicate with the driver it was not reciprocated in a manner that was Efficient. I just wish that Montway had tried to communicate with us on behalf of the carrier, especially since it was stated in the original email that we would be contacted beforehand by the carrier. In summary: Montways communication was perfect, the carrier they chose, A Line Auto Carriers Inc ,was poor.
