This was our first time using a car transport service and using Montway Auto Transport was a pleasant experience. Working with Montway's customer service representatives as well as their transport coordinators was great. They were attentive and understood our uneasiness about using a transport service to transport our car from STL to FL. Integrity Auto Carriers was used to transported the car. Our experience was the same with Integrity - pleasant. The driver as well as the owner of Integrity contacted us throughout the process with updates on when the car would be picked up and delivered. We received our vehicle a 1/2 day after Montway's scheduled delivery date - which wasn't bad at all. Give Montway a try...you won't be disappointed.
