I asked my car to be picked up on 11/17, but then I was being told that, no driver is available and it will take 2-3 days more to get a driver on time, I was in a hurry as was moving from NC to CA !! , So I had no choice!, Montway asked me to pay $170 extra than my original purchased quote and as I was in a hurry, I need my car to be picked up as soon as possible, I paid $170 extra!!! So this is ridicules, I recommended my friend saying that Montway is a nice Transport company, I don't know how is my Friend's experience with it now!! Also, even after paying $170, I got my car back after 10 days (usually it ships in 5-6 days) so I had to rent a car in CA for 4 days ($100 more from my pocket!!) So, overall, I am very very very dissatisfied with Montway Auto Transport service and I think I should not recommend to any of my friend any more !! ( I have couple of friends moving from one state to another in coming months) If, I can get a refund of extra paid ($170) + 4 days car rental ($100) then I can think over recommending Montway to my friends... But at this point I give complete ZERO to Montway.!!!
