Sitting here in Seattle, I needed to pick up my car that was parked at an empty house in Arizona. There were all kinds of logistics to overcome. The first was connecting with the remote caretaker of the property who's husband was in and out of the hospital. They were needed to remove the car from the garage and leave outside waiting for the trucker. The other was the neighborhood gate access required a code and perhaps was too small for a tractor to pass. This would have required the driver to walk 6 blocks to the residence. Even with all of the details, Kevin and the driver, Alex were happy to accommodate. I never worried that they wouldn't pull it off. The key to their success is constant communication and a real desire to make you happy. My car showed up when it was scheduled and all parts of the transaction were fast and easy. This is a company I would use again!
