Great customer service. Updates every step of the way. Original pickup was delayed by about a day, so delivery was a day later than originally quoted. Even were able to navigate the tight turns in my neighborhood and deliver to my front door. Gave me ample notice of a delivery time frame, and coordinated well around my schedule to make it work (ended up coming at 5 am). Showed up at almost exactly 5 am on the dot, car in the exact condition I expected. Took extreme care unloading it. Very pleased overall with how everything went.
