I was super nervous about transporting my car from Alabama to New Hersey. I had read so many horror stories from damaged cars, stolen items, to extra money wing asked for upon pickup. My drivers name was Mark and he contacted me from day one to let me know when he was picking up my car and when he would arrive. He was on schedule to deliver my car at 2 pm but I had an appointment that ran behind so I missed him. He told me not to worry that my car was safe and that he would go and make his other deliveries and come back around. He was on his way back but got a flat tire. I just told him to rest overnight and we would figure it out. He called me about 8 am the next morning and told me he was an hour away. He called me again when he was 8 minutes away and he was super fast about unloading. I would definitely use Montway again!
