Excellent Service and Lower-Priced!

After contacting 3 other brokers as well as posting on an automated web-site service, I chose Montway.

I found their customer service to be excellent. The 3 persons with whom I had contact were significantly more knowledgeable, polite, and/or more prompt with their responses than other brokers' employees with whom I had contact. They were consistently helpful in timely ways throughout the process.

Montway's price was also the lowest even with a hundred dollar charge for packing goods in the passenger compartment: $100-$400 lower than their competitors.

While the pick-up was two days after the initial date of availability, it was within the promised 5-day window. On the day of pick-up, they were helpful when I needed assistance in contacting the carrier driver at the last minute. I highly recommend you obtain a bid from Montway as well as see what you experience in their customer service.
