The transport process was smooth. The vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion and arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely use montway again. I figured the whole process would take two weeks to get my vehicle from California to Iowa; in reality it took 1 week from the time the vehicle was listed as ready to be picked up until it arrived at my office. I had some questions after the delivery was arranged and the rep at Montway was very courteous and ready to help. The driver for the carrier, Taurus ,was equally courteous and called me the day of drop off to arrange delivery. He was held up at a delivery and again called to arrange drop off the following morning. He called in plenty of time for me to make arrangements. Montway also sent emails throughout the process to keep me up to date. The entire process was professional and better than expected.
