I was very happy overall with this process. First time I've ever shipped a car, and was expecting it to be a bit bumpy, frankly. But the entire thing was smooth, timely, and professional. Online experience was fine; website easy to navigate and understand. Communication was excellent; Montway was easy to get a hold of, a real human answered quickly each time. Price was reasonable, and they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. No surprises, no hidden fees or charges. I would certainly recommend them; very happy overall.
