My only complaint would be that I wish I could have picked an exact time for pickup. But Montway was very helpful in hunting down a timeline that worked for me.
The delivery was technically late because of mechanical problems with the truck. I didn't mind, but the driver was still apologetic about it and kept me updated. Stuff like that happens and he handled it very professionally.
