Overall I was happy with the transport of my car and the condition it was delivered. There was some damage to my tow hitch, but that is to be expected since chains had to be attached to the tow hitch for a safe transport. I was disappointed Montway couldn't find me a trucker willing to stick to the price I had agreed to initially. Montway informed me the only trucker avaible to ship my car required 100 dollars more. Montway didn't leave me a choice but to take the avaible transport for an additional fee. I would have appreciated Montway to be upfront about pricing and not change the price last minute because they are unable to find me a transport within the days we agreed. However, I would use Montway if I ever need to transport my car again but I will make sure to ask Montway to stick to the initial transport price we agree on.
