A much needed positive experience!

I have frequently used multiple auto shippers and Montway was by far the most exceptional I have ever used! Did they have their issues? Yes. In my experience, and we ship vehicles often, there is rarely an occasion when we do not have mechanical breakdowns, weather issues or delays in pick-up/delivery. The difference in Montway was their communication and customer service. Even over a holiday weekend, they were open and in constant communication with me. They never dropped the ball or hesitated to contact me at any of my numbers to keep me closely updated on the status of my pick-up and delivery. Since our vehicle pick-up location was in the mountains in Colorado, it is very difficult to find available drivers for this route. Montway not only found a driver quickly for us, but when one company had a breakdown delay, they had a replacement company for me within the same day. They were open on the weekend, and kept in constant contact, something I have had extreme issue with from other companies. Very recently, I have been delayed by weeks from other shipping brokers, overcharged for the routes, and being subjected to massive inconveniences during transport, with little to no customer service or contact. This company was a refreshing experience, and changed my view of the transport industry. Not only has Montway earned my future business, but they will also be referred to all of our family and friends that ship from Texas to Colorado and California during the seasons. I appreciate all the effort from the representatives at Montway to give me a renewed hope in having a good experience during an auto transport! You can tell that Montway trains their employees to care about the customer, and believes that communication is key!
