The company representative offered superb customer service. The worked with my needs and compromised. The final price was higher than the initial quote, but Montway paid half of the difference. The reason that car pick up was late was because of the trucker's fault. The dispatcher was terrible. However, the car arrived earlier than anticipated. They also waited around for a convenient time for pick up. The also offered to drop it off at a convenient location along their route. No a perfect experience but still very good.
