Car was picked up as promised and driver took particular care with the placement of vehicle on the trailer and with securing and the tie downs of the vehicle. Took precautions to not scratch or damage vehicle upon loading. I received email updates as the car traveled or was delayed (which it was not). Car arrived on promised delivery date. Satisfied customer. Would use again.
