I called Montway to deliver an older car from Long Island, NY to suburban Seattle, WA. The customer service at the main office was very good and I appreciated the email updates. It took a couple of extra days than expected to pick the car up, but given the coordination for a long distance for delivery, it was acceptable. The guy who picked up the car was really helpful. The street was too tight for the truck to come to the house and the owner of the car is older and could not walk far, so the driver parked as close by as he could (half a mile away) and walked to the house. He then drove the transport car to where the truck was parked. The owner of the car drove separately to the truck and watched the loading of the transport car. It went smoothly. It then took 11 days for the car to arrive in Seattle. It was delivered by a different person. This person was difficult to reach and he cancelled two appointments we had made for delivery. This was frustrating, but the car was finally delivered on the third appointment date. The car arrived dirty, but this was expected since the car was in an open carrier on a long journey. Overall, I am very happy with Montway and would use them again. They just need to have the drivers on the back end communicate a little better.
