Enclosed shipping for my bmw 328i

Car was picked up a few days after the first available date but within the timeframe given by Montway, so it was not a problem with me.

I chose enclosed shipping method (with some extra $$$) and it worked out like a charm. My car was in the exact same condition when it arrived compared what it was when it got picked. So I'm extremely happy with.

The only thing is that it seemed like the driver hand-pushed the auto-folding mirrors so I had a bit a trouble with it. But fortunately it didn't cause a malfunction for the mirrors. After a weird click the mirrors worked again. (Guess the mirrors went back to where they were supposed to be after that click. I'm glad they were fixed automatically!)

But still, if I (or anybody else) ever use car shipping service again, I should be more careful about small details like this. Fixing the auto-folding mirrors could cost $$$. And I believe both the shipping companies and the customers don't want to see that happen.

Overall I had a very wonderful experience. On-time pickup (within the timeframe) + extremely fast delivery(car was picked up from Berkeley, CA on Friday morning and arrived at Austin, TX Monday afternoon) = 5 stars
