Everything went very well so I have no reason to rate this other than excellent. Iren at Montway was very helpful. I was concerned that we would have trouble getting my van shipped since it was a full size vehicle with a wheelchair lift, but she got it set up with no problem. Montway gave me a good quote and my vehicle was picked up on the 7th day and delivered about 3 1/2 days later.
A word of caution that might apply to any company you ship with; common sense tells me that if you accept a real low quote and your vehicle is in an out of the way location, you should probably expect delays in getting it picked up. Since most of these moves are subbed out, a higher price would be more incentive for a trucker to accept the load. Just something you might want to inquire about if you're in a hurry.
