Having never shipped a vehicle across country, I was very apprehensive about the whole process but the folks at Montway made the experience less stressful. They gave me the direct cell phone number of the actual driver that would be picking up my vehicle and I was able to call him at any time I had questions or concerns about the transaction. The driver was on time and very pleasant. The driver kept me up to date as to his location at any given time and did let me know that he had a customer that was holding him up and that he may be a day or two late in delivering. I would definitely use Montway again as they were very professional and reliable.
