I have to say I had easy time setting things up with the company to pick up my car. My car was picked up on a Monday at 12 and I was suppose to received it on Thursday. Well I called the driver on Wednesday and he said that he wouldn't get there till Friday. I understand the roads were not ideal since we had a terrible snow storm on Thursday. I was assured by montway that the car would get delivered Saturday well I waited at day for the driver to call me but nothing I called him at 730pm for him to tell he wouldn't make it till Sunday. Finally on Sunday I received my car 3 days late no discount it was so dirty from the storm. While I understand situations happen I should have gotten a discount having to wait way past the due date. Since I could have chosen an earlier pick up date or a different hauler. But at the end I was just glad to have gotten my car and a car wash cleaned it right up.
