my pick up time was set at 01/23/2014. On the 27th, I got the call from the agent to ask for $50 more for the pick up. I understand it is a long way and my location is not a transportation hub, so I agreed to pay more. The driver is nice and deliver my car early. My car is intact except the key can't open the trunk any more. Other than that, I am happy with the service.
