Pick-up service was good. They picked up within 3 days of my request. I wasn't concerned given that the pick-up location was a smaller town in Northern California. The delivery was not door to door as promised. The driver called the day before to say he'd be in the area by noon. He called on delivery day saying he was having truck issues and wouldn't be on time. The driver finally made it to Maryland but called at 8pm saying he couldn't deliver to our house due to height restrictions and asked if we could meet him 30 minutes away. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. We live near some major highways (495, 50, and 301) so I think they could have made it closer to our home. We would probably use the service again though . Overall the experience was quick and cost effective when compared to some of the other quotes I got.
