The pickup date was one day later than the estimated date because the highway in Arizona was blocked, but it was still in the time frame I offered. The driver John was very nice and helpful to help me observe the car condition and he loaded the car efficiently. I talked with him regarding the delivery date, he was willing to hold my car for me until I arrive in Orlando, and he delivered it on time. Overall it was a great experience, nothing got stolen, my car was in the original condition except for it was somewhat muddy. I will use this company again if necessary
