I was okay with the shipment time wise, but my car was extremely extremely dirty by the time i received it. It was unrecognizable dirty (my car is white). The worst part is that the driver set up the pick up at a darker, not well lit street, and I had no visual of the car before I paid. I was told I need to pay before he brought down my car. I was horrified when I saw my car under the street light.
This review sounds negative because of the driver, but Montway was very helpful with my situation and compensated me with the expenses needed to clean my car. Therefore, because of Monway's very reliable customer service, I am overall happy with the car shipment.
