Dispatcher spoke only minimal English and the driver did not speak any. Please do not misconstrue this as an indication of the quality of services rendered by carrier. It just made it extremely difficult to communicate on issues concerning exact remote locations of pick up and delivery. Just need to be patient and realize it will take a bit longer to work out logistics.
