I had a bad experience with the first carrier, AIK Transport. The driver failed to pick up my vehicle three different times. Additionally, both the driver and dispatcher were very rude. I requested for a new carrier, and Montway was able to provide one the same day (Circle B Transport). Circle B's dispatcher and driver were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The driver picked up my car on Thursday noon, and delivered the vehicle by Sunday afternoon (total of three days). Throughout the entire process, Montway has been wonderful with their communication, and addressing my concerns - they even emailed me back on Labor Day. It is evident that customer service and satisfaction is very important to them.
