Great carrier company

They had my car dispatched within a few days and it was assigned to a truck. I did not have to provide them with a credit card number, they was very flexible about this as I had scheduled the transport with another company, and ended up canceling because i could never get ahold of them during the work day and their customer service never returned my calls and they cancelled my transport and did not tell me at all, I had to call personally and find out. Montway went above and beyond and took a cut on their portion of the transport cost and my deposit went from $199 to $159 because the driver required more money for the transport. They supplied me with the phone number to the dispatch of the company that they used to do the job, and the cell number directly to the driver who would be transporting my vehicle. The mans name was Eugene, and during the transport, I contacted him twice and both times he was very professional and courteous. I truly respect this company, and would recommend anyone to use this company. They have the years of experience and the have all the legal credentials that is needed for anyone to research them and they will provide you with the most honest answers no matter what is asked and they always let you know to prepare for any scenario that may arise. I am a disabled veteran and the car they transported for me was left to me by my dad so it holds a lot of centimental value to it, and they found the best carrier for the job. I would definetly recommend anyone looking for a car transport company to choose this company because they respect the fact that if you are not comfortable giving your credit card information until you know your car is assigned to a truck they will work with you on that, and the fact that they reduced their deposit required to get the driver the money he asked for and did not charge me more I think says it all! Thank you Montway for another great transport!!!
