The pickup was a week later than originally scheduled but once the car was picked up, it was delivered in a timely fashion with good communication. The dispatcher was difficult to contact at the beginning of the effort with a full voicemail box at one attempt.

This is my third move of a car via a transporter. The first was seamless. The second was a horror show due to Hurricane Sandy disrupting traffic. However once the roads cleared, the enclose transport moved my vehicle beautifully. This seemed like the simplest but it actually took the longest. Of course, there was a tropical storm moving up the east coast that may have made the move more difficult. The bottom line is that it was a very inexpensive carrier and my car got here unharmed so I am satisfied with the service.

Update 13-Sept-2013 - I was contacted by Montway and provided with a $50 refund in light of the delays and communication difficulties I experienced. As previously stated, the delays were relatively minor and the communication difficulties with the actual carrier were more annoying then problematic. This unsolicited refund convinces me that Montway is a very good company. I am very, very impressed.
