Montway was wonderful!

After discussion with Montway and the actual shipping company, I realized that my original review and disappointment was directed at shipping company. After seeing my review, Montway contacted myself and the shipping company to work everything out. Since that time they've been extremely helpful and I would definitely use them again.

ORIGINAL:
The vehicle was picked up on the pickup date, but was an hour late after telling me a specific time. When I purchased the service, I was told that 6 days from the pickup date is when I would be expecting delivery; however, after not having received a call on day 6, I called to confirm delivery and they said to expect it the next day. Now on day 7, I waited patiently for a call or some kind of notification, which didn't come until 8:45pm to let me know that they would be delivering around 10:30pm. Once the car was delivered, I was given a flashlight to check the car out and make sure there wasn't any damage. The car was filthy with dust, water stains, etc. I did not find any scratches or anything, so I signed off on the paper. After a car was the next day, I found a large area with faded paint which appeared to be caused by some kind of gas or oil that dripped off of the car above mine on the truck. I'm still trying to get the auto transportation company to pay for the damages, but so far my answer has been, "We don't have insurance for water stains." Very frustrating... and I feel like I'm not even working with Montway anymore, instead I'm working directly with the trucking company.
