I was moving from Tennessee to California and set up for a move with Direct Express Auto Transport over a week before the move and gave them 10 days of availability for my vehicle to be shipped. They were completely unresponsive, and I had to move my entire family to California leaving our vehicle behind with the neighbors.

I called Montway, and Dima, the service associate, succinctly explained how quickly the process would take. Within seven days of that phone call, we had our vehicle safely delivered by D&Z Trucking over 2,200 miles to our neighborhood (which was not the originally agreed upon location, I was willing to travel 1.5 hours to pickup the car). The responsiveness by Montway and D&Z throughout the whole process was incredible. The vehicle arrived three days early and helped us get our lives back on track after a horrible experience with the first company. Thanks again for the assistance, Montway.
