I first went with another company which was a broker only. The other company had slightly higher ranking according to the Better Business Bureau; however, the other company could not find a carrier after three weeks, they raised the price, and only contacted me once during that time. I switched to Montway Auto Transport after chatting with a Montway representative online. The representative was very confident that Montway would be able to find a carrier either from their own trucks or another partner company within 3-5 business days.

I placed the order on a Wednesday and the following Monday, Montway contacted me to let me know they had found a carrier. Two days later the car was picked up. The driver contacted my contact the night before to find a convenient location. My car was scheduled to be delivered six days later; however, it arrived two days earlier! When I picked up the car, there was no damage or stolen goods. The car was very dirty, which is to be expected when traveling across the country in the winter.

Overall, I had a great experience using Montway and would definitely recommend them to a friend. They were very prompt and kept me aware throughout the entire process. The price was fair and comparable to other companies.
