They called to see if they could pick-up one day early. No problem for me, so they came early. The driver was very nice and even helped me put the plates on the car (it was a new car). It was delivered 2 days sooner than scheduled- again, no problem. It was actually better for me that my car was delivered sooner. My car was very dirty, but hey, it just went cross-country in an open carrier, so I was expecting that. Just road grim- it came clean with one car wash.
Car was in perfect condition. I'm very happy and would defiantly recommend
