The move of our Lexus GS350 was complicated by Hurricane Sandy. Our car was picked up a day early to try to beat Sandy but wound up sitting at a rest stop on I-95 inside the enclosed carrier, anyway. Car was delivered a day later than promised because the driver chose to drive to other side of Florida before delivering our car. Car was delivered in great shape, especially considering the weather the truck had to go through. Cost of $1,150 was reasonable, in my mind, for enclosed carriage.

The primary issue that keeps me from rating Montway excellent is that communications during the trip were poor. We actually got a request for a review of our shipping experience from Montway before the car was delivered because HQ didn't even know car had not been delivered as promised. We sat around all day on promised delivery date and never got info until we called Montway. Then, we were supposed to be told the next day when it would arrive late and never got that info until we forced the issue with Montway HQ.

Rave reviews on this site about Montway should be taken with a grain of salt. Montway offers a $25 dollar reward to any customer willing to write a rave review about their experience. So this honest review is costing me 25 bucks.
