After another company couldn't find a truck after the end date of the delivery window, Montway dispatched for pick up on next day after order date. They were hones upfront that they might have trouble getting one of their trucks as they usually don't do that route, but the company that brokered was very good - driver kept in touch on their own to communicate their progress on route.
Price was ~$200 more than original quote with the other company but considering that it was for immediate service and the quality of the service, totally worth it.
