When the driver was caught up in traffic and suspected that he might run late, he called to apologize and to explain what was causing the tardiness. He eventually made it before the close of business and picked up the Mercedes 2005 ML350. Upon delivery, the receiver called me to express great satisfaction not only with the state of the car, but with the professionalism of the driver.
