I had an excellent experience with Montway. I had quite a bit of trepidation having looked at many negative reviews of transport companies. I looked them up on the BBB site and they had only 4 complaints, all of which had been resolved (believe me, this was the best I found- some companies had dozens). There price was neither the highest or lowest bid, but I decided to go with them because of their good reviews and record.

I was shipping a car to my daughter cross-country. I arranged everything on-line. Response was prompt. I had to postpone for a couple of days after I'd given the deposit, but that was no problem. When I let them know the car was ready, I heard back from the transport company (Slava) that they could pick it up the following day. The driver picked it up at my door on Sunday afternoon, and while the estimate was a week for it to arrive, the driver told me they expected to get it to LA Tuesday night- wow. And they did.

Everyone was kind and courteous, and they worked with my daughter at the other end to arrange a convenient pick up. I'd certainly use them again.
